Yes. aCloud uses DLT-registered sender IDs and pre-approved templates for all transactional and OTP traffic, in line with TRAI's Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations. Promotional templates are also supported when registered.
Yes. aCloud integrates with WhatsApp Business via Meta's official Cloud API, with approved message templates. This is the legitimate, scalable channel — not personal WhatsApp accounts — and gives the school read receipts and conversation logs.
Yes. The parent app is keyed to the parent identity. One login shows every child the parent is linked to — across classes, schools and even sibling-school boundaries within the trust.
Parents raise grievances by category (academic, transport, fees, behaviour, infrastructure) inside the app. An SLA clock starts. Class teacher → coordinator → principal escalation chain auto-fires. Resolutions are recorded with parent confirmation, and a quarterly grievance report goes to the trust.
