Per student, per month, billed annually. Pricing scales with the tier chosen (Essentials / Operations / Complete / Enterprise) and the total active student count across all schools in the trust.
Yes — 500 active students for Essentials, 1,000 for Operations and Complete. Enterprise is custom and starts at 5,000+ students across the trust.
There is a one-time onboarding fee depending on data migration complexity, number of schools, board mix and historic years to be loaded. It is invoiced separately and quoted after the discovery call.
Add-ons are billed separately. AI Tutor: ₹40/student/month. White-label (custom domain + branding): ₹50,000/year flat. DigiLocker push: included in Complete and Enterprise. GPS hardware, biometric devices and ID card printers are pass-through hardware with installation, not a SaaS charge.
Trust structure mapping, historic data migration (students, fees, accounts, HR, exam history), role and permission configuration, fee structure setup, report card template setup, parent communication templates, train-the-trainer sessions and first-academic-year hand-holding.
Year-on-year renewals are at the same per-student rate for the duration of a 3-year commitment. After year 3, renewals are repriced on then-current list — and existing customers get a 12-month grandfathering window.
